Perfect for adding nutrition to Whey Isolate shakes
The dosage is equal to 1/2 a teaspoon - measured and checked with a digital weighing spoon. There was a spoon buried at the bottom of the bag but it's a teaspoon so you need half of the amount. I have tons of measuring spoons so not an issue for me. I was really pleased to find a very reasonably priced multivitamin powder to add to Whey Isolate. I can add nut butters/avocado and low carb berry powders for a keto friendly shake, but adding balanced vitamins you know you are getting a fully balanced meal replacement too. The smell when you open the bag will probably knock you back and you may need to experiment with ingredients if you want to add it to smoothies. I've found blueberry and nut butters the best at hiding the taste, personally I don't mind a bit of bitterness for the convenience but my husband likes it disguised. I have absorption issues with capsules and tablets so having spent years grinding or chewing multi vits this is a much better alternative, because none of them taste good.

Very good!
This seems quite good! I will say the smell might not be the best but you can't tell once it's mixed with something else other than water. Plus, the daily dosage is roughly 1/2 a teaspoon.I use this mostly in baking or in some vegan foods to increase it's nutritional content. Again, adding 1 teaspoon worth of this into a cake, vegan cheese or Seitan won't really make any difference flavour wise, but it definitely does for your health. Definitely recommend using this!
