The built-in jar and bottle opener in the handles is a handy bonus Pros: Sharp high‑carbon stainless blades, lifetime warranty, easy to clean and sharpen, ambidextrous handles. Cons: Handles are firm—can feel stiff during extended use. Not ideal for tiny precision cuts like peeling shrimp shells. If you already love WÜSTHOF knives, these fit neatly into the same knife block—a small detail but appreciated

These shears are incredibly sharp. The build quality is excellent. They separate and combine smoothly, as well as wash easily in the dishwasher. It is an absolute pleasure cutting with these. You can cut through anything you need, within reason. Great for crafts as well, they easily cut through plastic bottles, cardboard, etc. I couldn't recommend them more.

Bought these to replace a broken pair from another brand. Wusthof is world renowned for their high quality cutlery, and these shears don’t disappoint. Very sharp, cuts through chicken bones with no problems. They come apart for a thorough cleaning, too.

Solid pair of shears. I bought these to replace a different set that bent when spatchcocking a chicken. These were recently tested on a turkey and I am happy to say they did not bend. They came sharp right out. of the box, and have a great feel. My favorite thing about them is they can separate into 2 pieces for ease of cleaning.

Works well. I have a pair of Cutco scissors that are a little better (would earn a 5 star review), but for significantly less money, these work pretty well.
