My delivery was from 7am to 7pm. On the day it arrived at 12.05pm the men unpacked and removed my old Freezer and removed all packaging and installed my new freezr wher I wanted it. The men where very helpful and polite.

The freezer seems fine so far, although I've only had it plugged in for a couple of hours. My only complaint with the product would be the stickers on the front that took a good half hour of scrubbing to remove. To note, you have to leave it to settle for 6 hours before plugging it in, which I'm sure is probably normal.Delivery on the other hand was terrible. Firstly, it was 2 hours later than stated, but at least I could track the van online. However my main issue was that I live in a second floor flat and the driver initially refused to deliver the freezer to my flat door and would only leave it on the pavement outside. There was nothing in the information to say this and I have had numerous heavy items delivered to me over the 13 years of living here without a problem. Being a single woman with noone available to help me, had this been made clear I wouldn't have ordered it. What ensued was an argument outside when I said the driver would have to take it back because I couldn't get it up the stairs on my own and couldn't leave it in the street. He did eventually help me upstairs with it on his trolley if I took the weight at the bottom (which I didn't have a problem with). He only agreed because he didn't want to load it onto his van again. Surely delivery means it is delivered to your front door and if not it should be made clear.

Its design...very neat

I was let down by another appliance company , even though I paid for next day delivery the item didn't arrive.Not so with this.Much better price and was delivered exactly when it said it would be.Very pleased with this product and the company.
