The lock works great. Made of soild steel and unlocks smoothly. The key its self adds extra protection making it impossible to pick open. I've not found a place yet that will are can remake a key for this lock no worries about someone copying the key. The lock comes with 4 keys. Perfect for locking up a sheld are a tool box and everything else. I used the lock on my boot locker overseas in Iraq,Afghanistan its battle tested lol. I've had no problems using this lock at all even with sand and dirt in key whole it works. I have suggested it to many of my army buddies. You will like this lock too.

They are cheap. Quite OK for the use. Would not buy if intended for a more heavy duty use.

These locks seem pretty sturdy, that you get 4 keys for each lock, the keys seem like they will not bend or easily break, they are also unique so they are ready to find on my key ring of 20+ let's. I wish there was an option to have both locks keyed the same (2 locks 8 keys) but that is just a person thing. But they definitely have some points I do not like first is you cannot remove the key if the lock is open, but the biggest that they say they are for outdoor use and are weather proof. If you look at my 1st photo it was taken after using the lock for only 2 weeks outside. I bought these locks to use on our dumpster at work. The building next to a very large home improvement store and for whatever reason people put in things that our waste management company won't pick up (dirt, concrete, glass, and 4 used toilets in the last 6 months) and I am sick of jumping into the dumpster. So if it is rusting after only 2 weeks I doubt it will last a year. I will update after 6 months

Good product. I like how they give you more than 2 keys because I usually end up losing some. Very sturdy.

The locks are a value with getting 2 in a pack!! The operation is easy! Unlocks and locks smoothly! Won’t lock until you pull key out so no lost or misplace key! You won’t forget and leave key in lock!! Weatherproof! I use it on my outside fence gate!! Love it!

I don't like that you can't remove the key when it is open. Also you need to turn the key to lock it.
