This is a stupid design. Some of the holes are almost a quarter inch deep, they're all different diameters, and they taper.That would be bad enough if mine didn't have a lip of silicone left in all the holes where the punches did a poor job at removing material. Pic attached. It's a pain in the ass to clean, which makes it a food safety concern.I had liked the other items this company offers, but this one is just not good. I'm sending mine back.

GIR makes great products. I have many and have both bought them as gifts and recommended them to others.

It would be perfect if not for the slight flashing present on it.

Much better than I thought it would be. Substantial and easy to handle.
