Great value, strong, handy step, lots of similar uses. Loose fit in Gen1 Ridgeline but a non-issue.
Bought for my Gen 1 Ridgeline and it is so handy, strong, and a really good price. If this fits your truck and you don't have one yet, get one. Comes with a pin to keep it in place and for 3 adjustment holes to have hitch stick in/out. Definitely makes stepping on to the truck so much easier (bed closed) and safer, use it as a step to tie/untie shoes, small quick resting seat, or a step for high garage items. Fits in my ridgeline's square hitch, but with some wiggle room which didn't bother me as I did not hear/notice any clunking sounds from the loose fit. You could insert something to take up the slack but the loose fit didn't bother me. Black finish was great and blends into the back of the truck nicely. I do feel like I don't get tailgaters anymore since I installed this which would make it a good visual deterrent.

Great produce
This is my second one and both were very well made and continue to work very well. I’ve even used them to pull bushes in my yard. They also save your bumpers from damage and they make a good step.

Minimalist but perfectly functional
This step works perfectly on my Toyota Tacoma with Northstar 600SS pop-up truck camper. I tried several other options but this one ticks all the boxes. The Tacoma is not a big truck but the truck’s bumper step alone is high enough to be very awkward getting into the camper. Adding this simple step allows an easy step up to a solid place for both feet from which it is easy to make a second step into the camper. Exiting the camper is easiest facing forward and reversing this procedure. It all seems trivial until you try it in the middle of a rainstorm at 3am while half asleep. I don’t know how it would work on a bigger truck but it makes a big difference on my Tacoma. This step is built like a tank but it is as small as it could be and remain functional. I can remove the step in 10 seconds but I normally just leave it on my truck whenever the camper is installed. The only time I take it off while driving is in 4WD terrain where it reduces the rear departure angle, creating clearance concerns. This step is an elegant and simple solution for smaller truck campers, especially when compared to the bulky and heavy ones on the market. Kudos to the designer!

Great quality
Very well built. It’s made climbing onto my truck bed much easier.

Very cost effective, and worked very well.
I drive an ‘06 Chevy express 3500. Bought because the plastic bumper is messed up and I can see myself falling easily, and seemed good for the price. -1 star because as others have mentioned, it can be a little loose while fitting in. However, I’d imagine they may have done that with the idea of rust in mind. After throwing tape on it and forcing it to fit (want as far off as I thought) it is VERY snug. +1 star to offset previous paragraph because it seems very strong, and the cost more then makes up for the maybe 3 minutes of extra work. It also has a few different options for how deep you want it, so that’s nice as well.

It was just the right size for my Jeep. It extends just beyond the spare tire which is great as the bumper is useless.
