Baqua Spa 88863 3-Part Introductory Pack

I fired my pool guy who I was paying to keep up the 400 gallon hot tob over $115 per month ( every three months $100 to drain and clean) and I quit using the Chlorine based system. I replace it with Basqua. The three things I love about this stuff is: 1. Super easy to use, one ..... two .... three with You Tube videos for us first time users 2. No chemical smell. PERIOD! No FOAM, NO crap..no ;misty toxic spray in the nose; NICE 3. Super clear water. No cloudy water. This is great stuff. And the savings for me has been dramatic. The value is good. Google baking soda in terms of a cheaper way to save a bit on some chemical as well; that works to in the balancing process.

I have used this product in my hot tub for years. This purchase was to re-fill my supply. Everything arrived in great shape. My only comment is that following the instructions on the bottles requires one more bottle of oxidizer as you use up the product. It seems the package ought to include this additional bottle to save you having to buy the one item as you consume the product through normal use.

I'm new to the hot tub thing. We got out hot tub in May and originally tried an all-in-one mix you would dump in once a week. It was a disaster. It had a funny smell, the water was always cloudy, and there was always a gross residue building up. I finally drained the hot tub, cleaned it, and tried these. Since I had never balanced a hot tub before I was nervous. I somehow got it right on the first try! To summarize, once you have filled the hot tub for the first time you are basically adding #1 and #2 at 1.5oz per 150 gallons. Then once it's balanced you add #3. I was shocked when I used the test strips that I was in the "ok" zone on the first try! (The baqua test strips are sold separate and you'll need them!) Anyway, these chemicals have no smell, the water is crystal clear, and even a hot tub "beginner" could figure this out!

I have been using baqua spa for over ten years and their products do a good job of keeping out spa clean. Can't say if they are better or worse than any other product as I have never used anything else. I stuck with what our spa manufacturer recommended.

These arrived as indicated. They were easy to use and worked well to clean the hot tub we have which is 500 gall. I like that they are marked #1-#3 so it is easy to sequence putting in the chemicals. These didn't bother us when we got in the tub although several hours had passed after putting the chemicals. There is still some soap scum on the tub however that was there previously.

Got this after I drained my tub and wanted to get away from Chlorine --- makes the water feel amazing --- have only used it for about a month, and it does take getting used to when you were enabled by just throwing a handful of chlorine in whenever. But, the way my skin feels after getting out makes all the difference!

I like Baquaspa mainly because it's a non-chlorine, non-bromine way of maintaining my hot tub, and it's easy to use. I hate smelling like chlorine, plus how it dries out my skin, and with Baquaspa I don't have any of that. I recommend.
