I use for dry eye treatment after having Lasik surgery. **Q: Is this really any different than the Refresh Mega 3 drops? I looked at the ingredients on the box and they are the same per the box list.** A: Inactive ingredients are different from Mega 3. For example, flaxseed oil. But compare to Optive Advanced preservative free and you'll see the same list. No way to say whether the ratios are the same.
