Amazing
I’ve used all of their eye drops and all help in one way or another. Digital PF is the only one that feels amazing! Like a cool towel over hot, irritated eyes that soothe right away without blurring vision. Very much worth a try!

Great for Dry Eyes Due to Medication Use
These drops have been a lifesaver for me with some medication I take that really dries my eyes out. Since it's preservative-free, I can use it whenever I need it. The individual vials are convenient for taking on the go. The one down side is that I can't use it with my contacts in. When I have contacts in, I use BioTrue Hydration Boost for Contacts. I do wish I could give a separate rating for delivery - while it was delivered to the location specified, the product arrived smashed in the box (see pics). Please do better Amazon.

Longer relief effect
I started using them and so far they are way better than all the other refresh preservative free drops. The wetness effect last longer.

May not be good for sensitive eyes - please read before buying.
If you have any kind of sensitive eyes you might want to consider another product. These made my eyes red and burning. Apparently this is not a defect in the product but just a personal response to it (I did try to get help from the company). With that said, if you have sensitive eyes in any way, consider getting something else. I will have to throw these away. Thanks and good luck. * I have temporarily given this review 5 stars so people will see it before making the mistake of buying these (it really deserves 0 stars). I have also added a second photo showing the refresh digital pf next to the regular refresh plus that I got from a pharmacy - as you can see the digital is cloudy and even a little brown looking - the company was no help to me at all when I tried to get a replacement.
