Just used this FABULOUS mop for the first time, and WOW! Didn’t think I’d ever love a mop, but this one is great! SO lightweight, NO cord 🤗, can fill up with your favorite cleaner (diluted with water), and it works perfect. Holds a good amount of cleaner. Easy to charge. I use Orange Glo Everyday Cleaner diluted with water (half of each), and it left no streaks or residue on my laminate floors using this mop. The pads are great, too. So easy to put on & take off with the Velcro. I’ve just ordered extra pads so I can change out after bathrooms etc and get everything clean. So easy to glide across the floor as the pads spin.

I’ve been using this cordless electric mop for a few days now, and I honestly wish I had bought it sooner. It’s lightweight, super easy to use, and the spinning heads do a great job scrubbing the floors without me having to put in much effort.The LED light on the front is surprisingly helpful for spotting dust and dirt in corners or under furniture. I also really like the built-in spray feature—it saves me from carrying around a separate spray bottle, and it covers just the right amount of area.Battery life has been solid so far—I can clean my whole apartment on one charge (about 45-50 minutes of use), and the removable battery makes it easy to recharge. It’s also very quiet, which is a big plus.Overall, it makes cleaning feel a lot less like a chore. If you’re looking for a simple but effective mop for everyday floor cleaning and even some light waxing, this is definitely worth checking out.

I bought this mop but was unable to use it right away and it unfortunately stopped spinning. I message customer service to trouble shoot the device. It was already outside the return period so I thought there was no hope in having a replacement much kore return it.To my surprise, customer service was very responsive and assisted me with trouble-shooting. I understand nothing is perfect and sometimes equipment simply don't work as expected.This product's customer service stood by its product and sent a replacement mop despite being outside the return period. I did not write a review right away because I wanted to make sure Im giving an accurate review over time.This is long overdue and I can honestly say that really love this mop. It has not broken down for me for over a year now and it has withstood many cleaning sessions with ease. It is quiet and very easy to use. The charge lasts long and its wireless capability between charges is a big plus. Im glad the company showed faith in its product and took the chance to replace my first mop. By doing so, they are standing by what they are selling and are certain that their product is going to deliver,Having a great product is something we consumers seek. Yet, having great customer service and support make a whole lot of difference.

The media could not be loaded. Update: I did a review when I first received this electric mop and now I'm just giving an update. In some of other people's reviews. They mentioned the product quit working after a few months. So it's now been almost a year since I purchased this and I have used it several times and still works quite well. I only use it about every 2 to 3 months. I don't have any children living with me and I have no pets so I don't need to use this every month. Other than me trying to purchase a second battery, I have no complaints about the product itself.At this price level, this is a really good electric mop so far. I'll do another review in about 4 months to update how the product is working and if my thoughts about it changes. In the video I talk about the goods and improvements that could make it better. However, I know it's a longer video than most so here is a brief description of those things;Pros:Arrived quickly and was packaged very well. Also, very easy to assemble.Machine is quiet, it's not loud by any means. Also, it is lightweight and easy to maneuver around a room.It cleans the floors quite nicely, doesn't leave any streaks or water spots.Suggestions for improvement;Would be helpful if it had a water level indicatorWould be helpful if the lights for the battery charge indicator was more noticeable, maybe the lights change to red when the batteries are about out of powerWould be nice to have the ability to turn the light off, which could help in saving the battery power

I’ve had this mop for over 2 years now, and I use it daily. It glides effortlessly across the floor, making cleaning so much quicker and easier while leaving the surface spotless. I’ve been very impressed with its functionality and have recommended it to all my friends and family.Recently, the mop head broke, so I contacted customer service to check if I was still covered under the warranty. I found out I was past the 2-year warranty period, but their team made an exception and replaced my mop free of charge. I’m beyond impressed with both their customer service and their product—not to mention how quickly they responded.I will definitely purchase from them again!

This cordless mop works great! We have been using it for 3 years now and are very happy with it. It’s quite and easy to use with a push of a button. The battery has just given in after 3 years so hopefully the unit will still keep working with the replacement battery. Overall, would recommend this product.

Love this mop! No cords, scrubs well, adjustable handle. Does a great job! Love the different pads and they are reusable! I have tried Bissell, The spin bucket mop, all sorts of steam cleaners and I love this one the best. Highly recommend.
