Great whisk that works perfectly!
Really well made and I can whisk anything without a problem. Unlike standard whisks, nothing gets stuck where I can't easily reach. So easy to use and the wooden handle is very comfortable to hold and use. I don't put wood in my dishwasher, but the whole whisk is very easy to hand wash. Love using this whisk!

Side by Side comparison of another whisk I got in another set. I can repair anything that breaks.
I'll address the negs too :) Like most here, I'm new to sourdough. I wanted a kit with all these specialty tools, and I bought one. It came with this little stainless-steel whisk as pictured in my photo. I took one look at it and knew it looked nothing like what all the YTers are using, and it was SHORT. The next day my computer keyboard broke, and I needed something to bump the price up to get the keyboard here a bit faster, and this was in Amazon's overnight store. It was priced perfect (like 50 cents more than I needed), and I got it. First off, it's the right length. The stainless one I got with the other kit was positively too short. It did just ok for mixing the starter with the water but fell short (pun intended) when mixing my bulk flour. (I make 2 loaves at once). This one is a great size. I would have rather had the darker finish, to match my kitchen more, but not for twice the price, so no worries there. I'm not that picky. I read the reviews, and some were saying it broke quickly. I come from a farmer mentality. I fix shovels and rakes and axes, and I'm really not worried about a little repair. I have drills and wood screws and so forth galore, so if that DOES happen, I'll try my best to repair it, but so far so good. If it breaks quick as a few mentioned, Ill update the review. I always do. (hint hint amazon... I want back on Vine... My removal wasn't fair in the least) Anyways for now it's a great whisk. Stay tuned to see how it turns out long term. I'm including a pic of the stainless steel one that's all over Amazon. Pics don't always do size justice (That's what she said) so I included a nice pic showing both whisks.

A wonderful tool for the kitchen.
I have had a Danish dough whisk for years and I love it. However, one thing that always bothered me about the whisk is that there was a hole where the metal and the wood handle were put together. I always make sure that it got cleaned really well, because of the risk of bacteria that could get into that hole and spoil your food and could possibly make you sick. The Zulay Kitchen Danish Dough Whisk does not have this problem. It is all sealed up, the handle is made of Ash wood and is a very high-quality made whisk. It is easy to use and it mixes dough, batters and mixes really quickly. It is certainly better than your regular balloon whisk or getting out a hand mixer for a small job. I have small hands, and it fits in my hand really well, but it fits in my husband's larger hand. I also like the flatness of the whisk, which fits better in my kitchen drawer and doesn't take up a lot of room. I was really surprised that for such a nice quality item, this whisk is not very expensive. If you have not tried a Danish Whisk, you should do yourself a favor and get one. You won't regret it.

Great with one flaw
I really love these dough whisks, they're considerably easier to use than standard balloon whisks. They have their limitations - they don't really work on small quantities of dough and/or doughs that are super thick - but the unique shape makes a big difference and cuts down on mixing time. There's a lot of value here too - two whisks for $10 is a steal, and they're high-quality (honestly higher-quality than you'd expect for the price). The "single-eye" design makes them easier to clean, and of course the stainless steel handle makes them dishwasher safe which is a huge benefit. That being said, my one issue is with the handles: they're simply not very ergonomic. They're long stainless steel rods, and while they feel nice and sturdy, they're just not comfortable. It's difficult to get a good grip around them, especially when whisking for longer than a minute or two. I really wish they sold a version with silicone handles, and/or with some handle grooves to make them easier to hold. These are still great and I can highly recommend them, but they'd be pretty much perfect with some basic design tweaks.

Easy to use and clean
This tool works better than a wooden spoon for mixing dough. It was not damaged by the dishwasher and came out clean. The large, thick handle is easy to hold and comfortable.

Great accessory for sourdough starter
I’m new to sourdough and had many failures. After my initial success this last round I realized I need to get the right tools. I was initially hesitant about this purchase then I saw a few pros using it. It’s helped a lot when I feed my starter to make sure it’s mixed properly. The tool is quite sturdy and I love the wood handle allowing me to get a good grip as I’m mixing. A note you do need to have a wide mouth jar since the tool is a few inches wide.

Great for mixing sourdough!
This is great for mixing up my sourdough and other breads. A bunch of people said I did not have to have it and just use a fork or my hands but I love it.

It’s a good utensil. Need strong arms to use it for dough, and I don’t have strong arms. So I use it for things like biscuit batter. Works a treat.
