I have been taking NOW Serrapeptase for a few weeks and I am truly impressed with the results. The capsules are easy to swallow and gentle on the stomach. I have noticed less pain during my cycle and help with occasional sinus congestion.

I have been taking these for about 6 wks. The key is to take them on an empty stomach and not eat for an hour after. They are supposed to remove dead protein, so all of these people complaining of stomach upset are creating it themselves by eating protein from not researching the product first. It also rids your body of fibrin and cyst material. I have PCOS and tophi from gout. Its destroying & removing something on my ovaries as I will have minor ovary pain occasionally that I havent had before. I'm 51 so ovary pain is the least of my worries. I havent noticed any pain or inflammation relief yet. Other people remark on their sinus relief, I only wish I had relief there. Not yet but will keep using for another month hoping for tophi & sinus relief.

I take 2 capsules as soon as I wake up on an empty stomach. I no longer wake up with dry eyes and have less redness to my eyes. This inexpensive supplement has saved me a ton of money on eye drops and my vision seems clearer.

I really like no upset stomach and it actually ease my pain as well..
