The machine works flawlessly, accurately counting mixed denominations with ease. What impressed me even more was the exceptional customer service. I reached out to them to request an update so the counter could include Suriname’s currency (SRD). They were incredibly polite, quick to respond, and the update process was straightforward and seamless. My machine now counts SRD effortlessly! To top it off, I was able to share the update with my friend so he could also enhance his machine. This money counter has exceeded my expectations in both functionality and support. Love this product, it is very effective and saves me alot of time. It has become indispensable at my business. Worth every penny, highly recommend. I also enjoy that it is helpful in catching fake bills. Also, if you run into any problems customer service is very helpful!

The product is itself is wonderful. It makes things so easy and it is simple to use. On top of that the customer service is excellent....we had questions and troubleshooting issues they were very prompt and easy to talk to. I will recommend this to ppl I know.

I was happy until it’s Restart button stop working.when pressed makes beep but doesn’t restart count.also keep adding while add is off.the same button does work for printing though.i looked some info online and clean inside out im still nowhere close to fixing it.broke within 2 years paid almost grand for everything.its just sitting ideal for last 6..7 months in my business.not happy

Was on the look out for a money counter that would count the denominations of the bills and provide a report or breakdown if needed of bill qty. We have used various different brands in the past to count our bills, but they would just count the bill quantity and not the denomination amount. Lost track on the number of times we would take stacks of bills to the bank to deposit only to find a 5 dollar bill would be mixed up with a stack of 20 dollar bills etc .... Came across Munbyn brand and not very familiar with this one and was a bit skeptical. There was a coupon at the time so we decided to give a try and if it didn't work we can return it. Well, this worked great! Not only does not count the bills AND denominations, but its 5x faster than the one we had before that just founded the bills. Ran into mixed denominations at least a handful of times and was able to fix it quickly. Even had customers come to us asking for the brand to get one of their own. Highly recommend and will purchase a 2nd one to keep out front.

This machine counts very well and the customer service support is great. I needed to add several exotic currencies to the firmware and the customer service send me the file and guided the install. Very happy with the purchase!

In FAQ it says that this machine is programmed for AED currency as well, it’s a false statement. Secondly I tried to use it for USD and it jams a lot, issues with the new bill recognition as well, so you have to go over and over again just to count those final bills. Disappointed… Returned back through Amazon Customer Care and getting my refund soon. Don’t waste your time and money. Just buy something bit more expensive and well known brand.

I’m a Singapore based customer and bought the product recently. Initial impression of the built and craftsmanship of the product it feels pretty robust and well made. After turning on, the rollers and interface of the machine feels pretty top tier. However, there was an issue with the Singaporean currency not being listed. ( it’s not a default currency on the machine ) called the WhatsApp service line and they responded pretty promptly and I now have 9 different currencies from my region in the cash counter. Good stuff.
