Only used once.. but I love them 😍 they was less than half the price as my old once and I’d say they just as good.. love them! Came really quick too 😊

This item is ok but not great unfortunately. As many other reviewers have mentioned, the on/off/heat control button is on the side of the handle, so whilst styling, it’s easy to turn off/change the heat setting without realising which is just inconvenient after a while. The on/off button is also the temperature control - so you get green (low), amber (medium) and red (high) settings. There is no display as such and no way to lock the temperature at the preferred setting. Also as mentioned in other reviews, the mouldings at the tip of the plates are joined together and can snag/catch individual hairs quite easily which break if you try to pull it away. The cable is slightly too short also - although it’s about 2m - this might be an issue for some. On the up side, it’s quite light to hold. It also has a safety cut out at about 20 minutes (according to the instruction guide). It straightens / styles well enough. Had I not got this for a price lower than the RRP, I would have been more disappointed but it does a job. This is on the more basic side of straightener products.

Plates don’t meet so hair is never straightened completely on off and temp control button right where ur hand is so it keeps getting hotter or cooler or turn s off not great product

Poor assembly. Where the moulded pieces of plastic are joined at the hot plates, it catches your hair while straightening and pulls it out. Poor quality check.
