Works well 1 year on
Writing this review after more than a year of use. I have used this urn daily for over a year and it still still working perfectly. Other urns u have used in the past have had issues with buildup and not getting as hot, but this one seems to still be going strong and showing no signs of wear. Would definitely recommend.

Shabbat hot water
Perfect. Lasts hot for entire shabbat.

Very disappointed l, didn't last long
Screws fell out from inside the cover and can't be screwed back in. Inside plastic is melting and the black stain is on the rim and doesn't come off. Water appears under the urn, where it's leaking from I can't tell. Would give a zero rating

so far it has held up and we have it for over a month and it works well
heats water well and easy to use we keep it plugged in all week. the switch appears delicate, but so far it is working well

Keeps the water really hot
This is the second Classic Kitchen urn I have bought. I like it because it keeps the water hot and is easy to use. It came with an additional plastic insert for the spout in case the original one wears out. For traditional Jews, It has exact instructions about how to use it over Shabbat and holidays. Not the cheapest urn on the market but really worth the price because it works so well.

Great urn with even better customer service
This is a super useful urn. It looks neat and clean on the counter and heats the water to a very high temperature for those who enjoy their coffee HOT! I had an issue with the switches after a half year and after reaching out to the company, they promptly shipped out a new unit. Would definitely recommend this product.
