The media could not be loaded. I don't have much problems with this pad but there is one big problem that one you write and try to erase it u can still see shadow that the biggest problem not so useful if u can't clear the pad nice

very disappointed...isn't working...please don't buy this product 100% fake..we bought for give Birthday to our family kids.. do we didn't check before. once we received we keep packing to wait for Birthday time. After birthday party the kids cheated with fake product. now we can't use this is going to our garbage..
