Take C every day!
I’ve taken vitamin C everyday for years now. I started when I was getting sick all the time. I started working in a hospital! After 6 months I RARELY got sick. Even now I can’t remember the last time I had a cold! My doctor doesn’t agree that vitamins do anything, but I’m proof that for me at least it works! I will never stop taking 2 a day!!

These are good and reasonably priced, but anyone buying them should know that they are a bit difficult to swallow. They are a decent size and they are not smooth. They get kind of stuck and it often takes a few tries to get them down. I am someone who normally has zero problems, even with large pills.

I use these all the time. I never get a cold u hear me. If u feel u are coming on with a flu or cold talk 1 bubble dose if it’s a full blown flu I promise u in days will fell better. Hard to swallow
Caplets is hard to swallow. Like theres no coating. Its more like having sharp edges. I've had vitamins about the same size and i didn't had this issue.
