I was slightly hesitant about ordering a toilet seat online as I wasn’t sure whether it would fit properly, however, the fit was perfect and installation was much easier than expected. The top-fixing design made it straightforward to install, and the quick-release function is really handy for cleaning around the hinges properly. The soft closure mechanism works well and feels smooth, and overall the seat feels much more premium than its price would suggest. It feels sturdy, comfortable and well made. (Much needed after too long spent with a broken toilet seat). Pleased with the purchase and would happily recommend it.

Great toilet seat for the price. Lightweight and easy to fit, although not the easiest to position properly if you're a bit of a perfectionist who wants it to be dead centre due to the fact that you have to tighten the screws without the seat attached. And everything you remove the seat, it does wobble the screws out of alignment a bit, so it took a few goes. Generally, easy to fit even for someone who rarely does any DIY. It closes softly and doesn't feel too cheap despite being lightweight. My toilet seat attachment did arrive slightly faulty, with one of the attachments not releasing when removing the seat, I have to tug at it a bit. But for the effort it took me to position and install, it wasn't worth returning as it's unlikely I will remove the seat much anyway. The hole of the toilet seat is slightly bigger than the average but you soon get used to it. Overall, a decent purchase!

I bought this toilet seat in 2021 and it’s still working perfectly, nothing has deteriorated and it still looks like new - honestly. So my downstairs old seat broke and I ordered another soft close, quick release which arrived today. The new one was quite inferior, the under seat ‘studs’ showed through the seat and it actually didn’t cover the entire ceramic toilet. I just couldn’t leave it on the toilet so it having never been used I have returned it in its packaging. I don’t know why I didn’t get the Pipishell Soft Close a second time and especially as at the time of purchase it was reduced to £19.99, at least £5 cheaper than I paid the first time. This is a great seat and worth every penny.

These toilet seats are brilliant and so easy to fit and clean you press the middle silver button and the entire toilet seat comes off you get to clean your toilet properly I love them I purchased 2 good quality and soft close look great would recommend for sure 👍🏻

Personally I don't like the shiny appearance, but then again it is cheap. Fitting was no problem and it does not move. The covers do not remain in place and have to be pushed back in constantly (though you can't see them when shut so not a huge nuisance). So ok for a cheap replacement.

A good quality toilet seat with the modern function of soft closing. The great, easy to install, back fixings also make fitting so easy compared to the old, bolted, versions are a very good advance.

Wanted a new toilet seat for downstairs bathroom. . Saw this one on Amazon, fair reviews, relatively cheap, why not? Positives- Nice toilet seat. Does what it’s meant to. Easy fitting instructions. Looks good. Slow soft close. Negatives - the screws don’t tighten up enough so the seat moves when being sat on. This is a little irritating. However based on the positive aspects, can be lived with. Will I buy it again? Probably not, but it will do for now.

Measure the holes the bolts fit into carefully. Ours were a little neat so we had to reduce the plastic bolts a little, but once done it was really easy to fit and is good quality. The quick release button is a good feature for cleaning too. Very happy.
