I only rated 4 stars for heat ouput because it's not hot enough when it's freezing cold even when sitting right in front, fortunately it doesn't happen often in central England ! Otherwise it's great because it's instant heat, this is what I need and I would've rated 0 star for energy efficiency because it uses an astronomical amount of units/ kwh if left on the whole day ! ! ! I don't have central heating so this fan heater is all I have to keep me warm in the freezing Winter and it costs me a fortune in electricity ! There is also a fan option for the Summer but I never use it because it's like it's nothing when it's really hot. I use a big fan instead.

It is very good and it does heat up very quickly after half an hour the whole room is warm in time I go to bed. Very pleased with it

It works well. Heats up my room fairly well at the first heat level.Does sometimes make a soft noise doesn't sound right, but is barely noticeable.

Small compact and surprisingly Powerful. It is quiet and throws out alot of heat for such a small heater. It also doubles as a cool fan which is nice. For the money I am extremely pleased

I was concerned with my recent consumption of gas. Experiencing winter for the first time has been a bit challenging especially coming from Nigeria. Anyways, I realised that my gas consumption reduced drastically when I started using this heater. And I love how it heats up the room when it's on. Its a double win for me

The heater only worked for 1 month and some days and it stopped working.Can you please pick it up and replace it?I have a friend using thesame product for more than 1 year.. please replace it for me.Thanks
