These are great. I suffer from too much surgery in my left foot and have calluses that are painful to walk on at the ball of that foot. These inserts immediately were heaven sent. I tried all kinds of padding, orthotics made by the podiatrist and nothing worked. The pain is now gone and my posture is and feet are more aligned to my entire body. Before purchasing these I asked the podiatrist and he said most definitely try these. They are a great company. I am anxious to try them in my sandals which have little to no arch support. If you are wondering whether to buy these, just do it. They are thin have arch support and metatarsal relief. The are wonderful and the price is very right. They fit well in shoes and take up virtually no room.

I really like these insoles! I wear ballet flats all the time but after my pregnancy have noticed my feet aching more often. I have pronated ankles and really need to be wearing some sort of arch support but it has been really hard to find something small enough to fit in ballet flats without making the shoes feel super tight. They are just the right thickness to offer support without affecting how the shoe fits at the toe. They do not move in the shoe and seem like they are great quality. They also weren't too expensive so I plan to purchase for all my ballet flats!

My shoe size is 7.5. So far, I've worn this for a whole day. So far, it gives good arch support. Fits well into a heeled shoe. Almost all of the insole is comfortable. Almost. 2 things to note: 1) I am at the high end of the size range for the insole I got. I got the one that's for 6.5-7.5 shoe size. I'm 7.5. 2) Everyone's feet are different. Where everything fits well and in a comfortable position for the arch, it leaves the tiniest, maybe less than a quarter inch short in the heel. Because these insoles are hard insoles, it's just enough to notice that the edge is (only just) under my heel, right where my heel curves. If I push the insole back, it just slides that much forward again so to fit well into the arch (because if all the way back, it doesn't sit in my arch well). So, overall, it's a good arch. There are a lot of people who will probably not have this issue that I do. This isn't going to be right for everyone, though.

These inserts aren’t a “miracle,” but definitely make a difference in my shoes for work. They’re much thinner than the sport type, which helps them fit in a regular closed shoe. Great arch support for those of us with flat feet. If your shoes are already tight, they likely won’t work unless the original insole is removed. My heel no longer throbs when I get home from work. I’ve ordered 2 more sets. I have plantar fasciitis in my right heel. I use the sport ones for my athletic shoes. They are pricier than other brands, but more effective for my feet.

Am probably on the path of needing wide orthopedic shoes in 10 years and have been putting off researching insoles or even heel cups. But with recent pain up to the leg, low back & psoas after a day of wandering the city (with symptoms lasting 6 weeks& more, I needed support for my shoes - and hip/back. Apparently bunions are caused by low arches also. These are stiff (not a typical insole soft at all!) , very thin arched plastic & they amazingly felt comfortable and seem to be working so far. The 3/4 size is great because it doesn’t cause crowding up front. My Target booties were already a 1/2 size larger. Not sure if this insole would work for most of my shoes which are just snug enough - or heels! The way I walk with these insoles feels more purposeful & less painful - that arch is supporting so much! Worth to order a pair & try’

They fit comfortably but if they get wet, the logo bleeds onto your socks. Lucky I HAD socks on! I chose to hand wash the socks so the ink didn't ruin other clothes. Got most of it out.

My podiatrist recommended these because I have plantar fasciitis and they work great to support my feet and reduce pain. I buy a new pair every six months as they wear out.

My doctor recommended these as I’m a flight attendant on my feet all day and have been having foot pain. They work amazing. I’ve bought 2 more pairs for my other shoes and I can’t imagine walking without them now. My pain is gone!

My podiatrist had the bigger version of these for normal running shoes. I looked the brand up and found they made these inserts for dress shoes. They fit in most of my dress shoes (not all) but I find they work well and I feel supported when I wear them! Exactly what I wanted and worth the purchase.

Comfortable lasted all night

Didn’t know I needed this until I got it. Made such a huge difference. After a while it can move though so I would recommend a full size one

Dislike the shorter length...everything else is awesome.
