Due to my irregular work hours, my sleep schedule was completely out of sync, and even when I managed to sleep, the quality was poor. before trying this product i used to have vicks qzzz 2mg gummies and they worked really good but when they are about to end i thought of buying different product to test its effectiveness against my previous product. i dont know why but this boldfit tabs are worse like makes you fell relaxed but you cant sleep or close your eyes. it was worst experience so i flushed them in toilet and started using old product only when really in need. so my advice would be only buy if you have working product along with you as i found this one not working on me.

Please note sometime you may feel dizzy in morning but its totally depends on when you are taking. Take it after 30 mins post dinner and don't go beyond 10pm for best results. Don't consume more than 1 tablet and after consuming the effect starts after 30mins. Note: try to consume for 1 to 2 weeks continuosly and see if the sleep cycle corrects without taking this. For the first couple of days when I took it I was slept for the whole day, then I stopped taking it for a week and after that it worked fine. Now I don't feel drowsy after waking up. It helps me sleep almost everytime. I however only take it 1-2 times a week. I don't know it is addictive or not but it definitely works.

Breaking it in two I can see the tablet has different color so there is definitely a coating on it. Taking it for two days I'm able to fall asleep, just like other gummies. But the smell is concerning to me. I'm not qualified to talk about any side effects due to the coating, but just be aware that it smells like paint.

It's been more than 1 month since I'm consuming this pill. In the beginning I had a really nice and sound sleep after taking the pill but as days goes by, I was having a disturbed sleep and night full of headaches . And I also notice some rashes on my face and skin as well (if might be a side effects) which never happened with me before. I wasn't sure whether it happened because of the pills but there's not any new things that I have started to consume lately except this. So I'd suggest you not to go for the pills without prescription.
