Digital Thermometer
The thermometer works great reads quickly and I can read it easier than the dial thermometer

Like it better than analog thermometer
This is good purchase. Gives Clear and accurate temp readings. I use to measure AC temp in cars and home. I used to use analog unit which was also good but slower to react to changes and difficult to read. This is much easier and faster way to get temp. Reasonable price.

Good but top heavy
Works good. It's top heavy, so when you put it in car vent, it spins upside down.

Didn’t work right out of the package
Very disappointed because this was a replacement for the same thermometer that finally quit after 4 years. The replacement looked like it turns on but then doesn’t register a temperature. Finally gave up and threw it out. Don’t waste your money.

Slower than the old one
I ordered a new instant-read thermometer to replace my old trutemp that looked exactly like the one in the picture. Loved that one. It was fast and easy to use. The one I received was red, with the same button layout. Still eat to use, but it's a little slower on the reads. Takes about twice as long. Where the old one took about 4 or 5 seconds to read a steady temp on a piece of meat, this one takes about 10. Not a huge deal, but i like the averaging algorithm in the old one better. Update: Dropping to 2 stars. It's just too slow to be effective at real world kitchen pace. Would not buy again.
