What kind of connector has this ups built in? The one that is used to the wall?

This model is a 230Volt AC (although it is mis-labled DC) "IN" and 230Volt AC "OUT". The C13 is a "shell" covered plug often used with this voltage. One power cable is provided (male to female) for you to connect your computer to the UPS. The Picture of cable is provided. If you choose to use this for a home "PC", make sure your PC power supply is set to support 230Volt, instead of 115Volt, else you'll see sparks fly as your PC power supply burns out (there is usually a switch on your PC power supply -- READ the Fine Print on your computer's power supply first). I have used this kind of UPS when higher wattage PC / Server / computer power supplies are being used. You can also use it overseas, where power sources are 220/230Volt, instead of 115/120Volt. Do NOT consider plugging this UPS into 115/120Volt wall outlet, even though you could use a "standard" PC power cable to do so. Look at the pictures !!!!

Are batteries included? Says "requires 2 batteries", which sounds like a box opening bummer.

They are included. Also, make sure you want 220v in and 220v out. And, order the cables to go from the back of the unit to whatever you are powering.
