Worked Perfect on 1990 GMC Pickup Truck With 6 Cylinder 4.3 L
This TBI rebuild kit worked out great for me on a 1990 GMC Pickup with the 6 cylinder 4.3 liter. These kits fit several different engines, which is why there will be a few extra gaskets that you will not need. When installing the large orings around the fuel injectors, I would recommend applying a small amount of lubricant so the orings do not blow out in the future. This kit came with the plastic fuel line gaskets/seals, IAC gasket, and everything else usually needed. The only thing rebuild kits do not come with is the pressure regulator spring. But the spring rarely goes bad. If your spring is not broken then it is reusable. Amazon has the best price on this rebuild kit, I just wasted my time looking else wear. YouTube has a great video on how to rebuild the TBI entitled Chevy TBI Rebuild. Also, if you're trying to troubleshoot a problem with the TBI there is another helpful video called Chevy Running Rich TBI Problem Solving. These videos combined make rebuilding the TBI and getting the truck running an easy process.

Good price everything in the box. Get a gallon of Chem tool carb cleaner. Take tbi apart and soak tbi in overnight and struck agaskets. Come off easy. No snapping. .

Kit contains all seals and gaskets to perform a complete rebuild of the TBI., add a couple injectors and it would be like new. Thats what I did, have much more to do on the truck so it may be a while before I get to hear it run again. I would reccomend this to anyone looking to rebuild a TBI.

standard always makes a good quality product. all the parts i needed were in the kit to rebuild my TBI and get the truck running like new again and noticed a smoother idle. even comes with long screws to make installing the fuel pressure diaphragm very easy. functions as intended with no fuel leaks.
