Fits all my diabetic things and more. Was kind of worried about ordering this because the size and price. It's perfect!

Product worked as I needed. I carried on airplane and traveled with it and nothing was broken and all my items fit in this bag. Would buy again

This is our second ChillMed bag purchased for our son who is diabetic. Fits all his supplies plus drinks/snacks with plenty of room. He puts this in a drawstring bag to carry around school and to sports practices/games. Highly recommend!

This is the right size for day or overnight trips. It holds all the needs supplies, plus a few snacks. It seems the 14 hour estimate is fairly accurate; on a hot day the ice pack would no longer be frozen, but probably cool enough to keep the insulin at a safe temp. A few things that might be improvement1. It is quite heavy. There is no padding on the strap so it gets uncomfortable to carry after a while.2. The ice pack is almost too big. It has to be placed perfectly to zip the compartment. This also contributes to the heaviness.3. It would be nice to have all items needed for injections in one compartment. The pens are kept on one side and the sharps storage on another. Needles and alcohol swabs could probably fit on either side, although it would be a very tight fit to put with pen when the ice pack is used. This means you have to have both compartments open and try to juggle everything rather than having it all laid out in one place.

I was very impressed. The case is sturdy, plenty of room for my 3 week trip. I'm confident that the 18 hour trip will allow me to bring my insulin safely.
