Bought this for my husband for Christmas in the hopes it would be useful and not a crock. Well, he got offered several hundred dollars for it after he used it to help someone whos Tesla had a flat tire! He is now a huge fan of it. Fits great in the car, doesn't take up much space and does the job. He did say it does take it awhile to actually raise the car enough but it is sturdy and safe and does the job!

I searched hard to find a jack with a remote control - not wanting to reach under my pickup while it is lifted in order to reach the up/down controls on the jack itself! Most of the ones with remotes work off of batteries. This one has about a 3ft wired lead to a a control unit. The jack works really well, no problem lifting my 3/4 ton PU truck. Also, found other non-automotive uses where fine-control lifting is helpful. Doesn't have the electric wrench that some models have, but that's not a loss given the complaints about those. One note is that ad implies that, in addition to plug for cigarette lighter, it has clamps to go on the car battery - it doesn't.

I think everyone should have one of these. It so easy to use that my wife had her tire changed before I could get there. It took her about 10 minutes. I love it

JUNK. Do not trust it! Failed me at the worst time. I thought this product would save me time and energy should I ever need to fix a flat. Since purchasing it 7 months ago, I've gotten a flat tire *twice* (bad luck & bad roads). The first time, this electric jack didn't lift the car far enough off the ground to get the tire off. I had to use the old-fashioned hand crank jack that was fortunately still in my trunk. I assumed I'd made a user error, and gave the product the benefit of the doubt. I re-read the instructions and watched online tutorials and felt sure if ever I needed to use it again, it would work. Today I got another flat. I used the electric jack exactly as instructed. It did not not lift the car (highlander) far enough to do anything useful. So I used my hand crank again. I then tried to use the tool in this kit that supposedly takes the lugnuts off - it does not work either! It turned on, and nearly stripped my lugnuts, but didn't move them an inch. I had to use my old wrench for that after all. All in all, this product is a total rip off, and for your safety I highly recommend you never rely on it (or give it to anyone to rely on) ever. I'm just lucky I was close to home and still had my old tools each time my tire went flat. Not everyone who falls for this imposter will be so lucky.

Needed a floor jack when my current hydraulic jack would not lift due to all the seals being shot. Decided to go with the 5-ton Amazon Choice offered at a great price to use in the garage and be carried in my vehicle for the possible emergency. I have used the vehicle manufacturer supplied jack and tools on many occasions in and around the "clean" streets of a major southeast Texas city and they can be a pain and possible dangerous to use. This vehicle battery electric unit comes in a sturdy case that is used for storage and to signal a vehicle breakdown with the reflective triangle on the outside! I appreciated the direct connect supplied wiring to the battery for the jack to function in addition to the several 12 Volt plugs inside the passenger compartment. I have tested the unit in my garage, and it functions steadily and lifts the vehicle easily, but I have not tested the impact wrench. If it works as good as the jack unit, it should be good to go!! Would recommend having the lug nuts torque checked after getting you and your vehicle to a safer location.

Works as described. Was able to loosen lug nuts on SxS and lift it to remove tire with a 300w jackery portable battery. It did tend to tip up on end opposite the jack.

Easy to use. Just plug in and it does the job. Now i dont have to struggle with the manual lift that came with my car.
