CooSpo Diving Phone Case Underwater Smartphone Housing Phone Case Suitable for All type of cellphones from 4inch to 6.58inch

First of all, same as other reviews, i have found it a bit difficult to understand how to open the case so i had to watch a youtube video to learn that. Once open, you have access to the instructions so the rest is easy to understand.I have tested it whilst on holiday in Ibiza and have managed to take some pretty amazing photos underwater in the sea and the most important bot of all, no a single drop of water got to the phone.The software itself is not the greatest but i have found that if you enable the floating button of your camera, you don't really need anything else as you can place it under one of the hardware buttons and off you go. The disadvantage of this is that you can either do video or photos. The app gives you more posibilities but again, is not easy to understand and set up.It will fit most phones without case or with a slim case and keep them dry. Once you put the phone in and close the cover, you remove the air from inside with the provided vacuum pump and off you go. To re-open the case, you need to press the rubber valve in the air intake in order to get rid of the vacuum and be able to open the case again.It is a bit chunky but feels sturdy. Just hope you don't receive a phone call whilst the phone is in the case.

The case is alright, it holds the vacuum fine. The issue is in the App. You can download it from play store in the UK and it looks like is working fine. But there's a bug. At least on my sumsung m30 Android 11 phone. It rotates 4 button controls if you hold your phone vertically, even if auto rotation is disabled in your phone. I wrote them an email but they never came back to me.I don't know if this is thier App or Android issue, but I know that you can fix the App so it would overwrite phone's orientation. It seems they stopped development, lady update was 20th Sep 2020.The workaround I found is to download an additional App like "screen rotation controls" or similar and set your phone's orientation to "portrait" after that their xpoovv App would work fine.If you have a bit more money go with See Life phone case.

Diving phone case wich is suitable for all type of cellphones from 4,5 – 6,5 inch. It comes with an air pressure monitor to detect the airtightness of the case, allowing you to gauge effectiveness of the water resistance in real-time and prevent water from entering the housing. Just need to download the phone app and then to follow the direction to set up the device, put the phone inside, close housing and then to pump out the air with airpump. So far so good, i cant wait to test it underwater on my holidays.

App not available in the U.K. so this is an absolute waste of time even though it looks absolutely brilliant!It’s a waste of time because you need the app to take the photos. The app allows the buttons in the housing to engage with the touch screen to take the photos and change settings.The instructions are poor but it’s relatively intuitive to work out but without the app it’s a chocolate teapot.Really disappointed but we had no immediate holiday requirement given lockdown so maybe app will become available in the U.K. soon...Don’t buy for U.K. use until app is available

Got this to try it out as I’m hoping to go scuba diving at some point and wanted a way to capture my experience. While the case itself appears to be well made and works well in conjunction with the app, it was a frustrating experience to get started.First of all, it doesn’t tell you how to open the case when you first get as the instructions are inside the sealed case. It’s not immediately obvious how to open it so I just went with what seemed the most obvious way. It was a bit worrying as it felt like I was going to break it. Thankfully it was the correct way and the flap opened up after some pressure. To be fair, even the instructions inside the case don’t really make it clear how it opens so they probably wouldn’t have helped much 😅. They seriously need to put some clear graphics on the box or something that explains how to open it. 🙄 I’ve include a couple of annotated pictures on how you open it safely so I hope they’re of help to someone.The second frustrating issue is the app, the QR code in the instructions is for a version of the App not available in the UK. Don’t worry though, there is a UK app, you can find it by searching for Xpoovv on the App Store or by following the links on the Amazon listing. Again, it’s something simple that’s been made frustrating.On to the case itself. It is actually a really well made and feels solid. The way the push buttons work with the app is clever and my phone definitely feels safe and secure in there. I look forward to trying it out underwater but for now Coronavirus has put a hold on my holiday plans. 😟

Feel much more comfortable taking my phone underwater in this case. It’s well made and sturdy and easy to use. Good size. Couldn’t find the app in the store so contacted CooSpo who were quick to respond with instructions. You can actually find the QR code for the app in the Amazon description now and follow the instructions. Would prefer to have found it in the UK App Store, hopefully soon.

Great, this phone case has an application that is already available in the UK (see photos) the application worked very well for me, I had no problems with it, it is easy to use and has 4 buttons that work very well with my cell phone there.Sadly it arrived beaten and scraped and I could see that it had been opened earlier and the box arrived stained, which is very unpleasant if you want it as a gift. I also come with a mesh bag to carry it in my bag or backpack so that it does not get damaged on the way, the instructions are easy to understand and I also come with an air pressure monitor that is very useful to detect the tightness and Avoid putting water in the box. (which you can find in the images that I put in a red arrow)
