Locked trash...
Do not buy this phone. NOT unlocked, Verizon only. SIM slot is near impossible to open, and tool provided is useless. Also avoid if you don't like being tethered to a charging cord. Battery life was at 37% within 15 minutes of fully charging and powering on. Literally watched it decrease almost per second.

Fun Little phone!
Great little phone, makes calls and texts just fine! I love feeling like theres nothing in my pocket. Just needs a little more battery life, Recommend just using basic apps to preserve life.

Not unlocked as stated, won't even work on Verizon
Phone is locked to Verizon (not unlocked as stated). You can get it to semi work, make calls but no data without Wi-Fi.

If this is a PALM its the worst Palm
Gets Very hot. And the battery drains extremely fast.I tested it before getting a Sim via Wi-Fi.Could not open the Sim slot. The provided push pins do NOT fit the phone.Using an IFIXIT kit, nothing would work to open the SIM.I tried a sewing needle, that fit but the slot would not pop out.Save your money.

Phone is not unlocked and Verizon does not support this phone but keeps it locked. It’s a waste of money.

Nice and small
I had problems with the SIM tray, but seller contacted me and I was able to get it open. I could not get this phone to work with US Mobile SIM card, but it looks like a carrier issue (my old phone wouldn't work with the US Mobile card either). I borrowed someone else's SIM card for another carrier and that worked in this phone just fine. So I will switch carriers. I really like the size of the phone - I'm tired of big phones not fitting into my pocket.

This phone is a brick to me now it doesn't get service with Verizon anymore.

Would not work on AT&T
I received the phone and inserted the SIM card from my AT&T device. Immediately received a text message from AT&T that the Palm phone was not supported by their network. Upon reinserting the SIM card into my original device, it would not work. Had to wait 12+ hours until AT&T Customer Service was open in order to resolve the problem.
