I like the layout of the diary which gives a week to view but also the column for tasks that run down the left hand page.There are a few pages of 'quotes' at the front of the diary about the power of attitude, goals and actions not to mention the Discipline of Rituals, which I find a bit corporate and contrived. It is still a quality diary.The paper is excellent and the hard cover robust. There is an elastic band that allows the diary to be held closed. There is a little pocket inside the back cover.I do think the hourly day spaces could be a little bigger as they are quite small if you need to write any detail. This could be achieved by reducing the size of the 'delegation and team work' and 'goals and projects I am working on this week' columns that are underneath.it might be worth considering the next size up but that would in my opinion be less pocketable.However as diaries go this is a good quality compromise in most areas, certainly better than others I have used..

I have bought quite literally 100's of diaries. Getting frustrated, binning them & continually replacing them because they just don't work for me. I even tried to design my own but was too expensive to get bound. Then I found Action Day. GAME CHANGER! Won't buy anything else now. Have bought for friends & colleagues. People see my diary & ask where did I get it. It honestly covers everything. Appointments, reminders,to do, delegate, plus all the usual stuff. This is the best out there if you have a full working day plus a life😉 I honestly cannot recommend this highly enough. Simply the best out there.

Good size - addicted to these action day books since I bought a couple of years ago - really well laid out and just works with the level of work and stuff that goes on in a busy B & B and small charity. I also coach and work part time, so it looks after a busy schedule and a lot of things to do. I use the week to view with Sat and Sunday as the weekends are work days for us. Good for when writing reports too as you can see when things got done. There is a great section at back where you can collate notes - eg AGM reports where you can update things you might want to highlight through the year rather than having to try and recall everything at end of year.

Excellent planner, I get one every year and this year I sized up to the large size. The reason being I couldn’t see my usual A5 size in the Jan-Dec plan for sale so I figured I would try the bigger size! It is identical in layout and design. See photo I have attached for comparison.5 stars, the action day planner keeps me organised and helps me particularly with planning schedules in advance for all members of the family, booking in school events, work trips, birthday parties, everything. It is kept on the kitchen counter and everyone knows where to look to see if a weekend is free or booked up. So helpful for a busy family.

I had not previously tried a paper based organization tool, previously using online applications. I must say that this so far seems much more practical. It acts as your thought catcher, you project planner and your goal focus all in one …. the "Goals/Projects" section allows you to put in the important things you are aiming for …. such as "Paying off my credit cards" the tasks section lets you specify what precisely you are going to do, and the calendar bit lets you organize your day as much or as little as you like. The only section which is irrelevant to me is the "Delegation/Teamwork this week" Section as even if I was still in full time employment I struggle to think what that would mean, however it takes up a very small area of the page so its not a deal breaker. All in all delighted with this purchase, I think it will be extremely useful.

This is the second year I have bought this Diary but have to comment that I decided to buy the bigger version of the diary this year and was disappointed that the back hidden pocket has been removed, this was great and very handy and the finish isn't as good quality, as the 2020 is glued to the back cover and is all bubbled so can't write on it. Please change back for 2020 calendar.

I'm really pleased & excited to use my Action Day Planner. I like the year, month and weekly plans that allow you to move from overview to actionable details. The first sixteen pages provide guidance and space for personal notes to improve attitude, and goal to task activities. There are also blank notes at the back if you need space for capturing goals or project details, and an address book. This is a great tool for goal setting and getting organised to make it happen.

I have been using Action Day diaries for 3 years now and am definitely a long term fan of the layout and format. The delegation list is very useful for managing essential tasks delegated to my teams. Further the projects area allows me to prioritise my most essential tasks on a day to day basis and track progress. The diary is good quality and has lots of extra useful features such as a pen holder and bookmark. I usually go for the wirebound version but trying out this one for 2020! My only criticism would be to say the sizes are a little confusing and I ended up with a small one last year and when I thought I had learnt from that this year it is a bit bigger than I expected.
