my foot pedal isn't working. It stays against the drum and does not fall back when the pedal is lifted.Can you send us new paddle only?

Figured this out! It’s actually way easier than I would have imagined. The legs/pegs on either side of the kick drum body need to be adjusted. Both need to be inserted further in to allow the body to pivot. After I adjusted my son’s problem solved! Now I just need to better tune the heads.

My pedal is missing the spring. Can I order replacement parts?
