Steer Clear of This One
This is 3 discs full of crap! I was so excited when I initially pressed "play", only to be disappointed one track after the next. Who's idea was this anyway? None of the songs are the versions we've all grown to love. VERY misleading. :-(

oldies
I was brought up on these oldies, enjoy this music. we would all weekend on these oldies, went to roller skate ring, and party till the lights went out.

just not feelin the songs
It sounds like everything is at a concert or something. I must of miss that about the songs...concert songs or something...I guess its ok, but it did not impress me the first time I listened to the cd's. I'll give it another try though...

Tribute Album
Came within the time expected, and although it was bought as used, it was operationally just as good as a new CD. The only bummer was that I wasn't expecting a "Tribute" album. I don't recall seeing that being mentioned anywhere. I love the songs, but prefer the original cuts. Hearing some of the old folks still tryin' to hit those high notes is sad and painful sometimes... Lol! Was nice to hear Teddy Pendergrass again, even if the accident affected his diaphram. Bittersweet.

I have not heard these songs in forever. I love the cds. I use to listen to these songs with my mom when we were all little.

Cheated
Was very angry that I was lead to believe these songs were by original artists. You can't FAKE good music. My money was taken and I was cheated out of artist's music I love.

most of the songs don't sound so good, because they are live recordings, but if you love this era of music, it won't bother you.
