Such a unique and creative piece of stationary. Highly recommended.

I have written correspondence with it already; it is excellent. It has done its job. It is reliable stationary. It is worth the price. No negatives about it.

I wrote 3 letters, put them in their respective envelopes, and then noticed that there’s no adhesive on the envelopes. Thankfully I had a glue stick that enabled me to seal the envelopes. I really like the look of the stationery. It reminds me of the old “air mail.”

So it’s ok. The paper is fine the envelopes don’t self stick so you have to use tape. But the aspect that really bothers me is that the paper doesn’t fit in the envelope. If you fold it in half it won’t go in the only way to get the paper in is by quartering the paper which creates an odd bulky envelope. I don’t know why they would sell a set of paper and envelopes that can’t actually be used together.

I really like this decorated vintage-style set--a rare find! I bought the set mostly for the 8" x 11" decorated paper, as the (precisely) 5"x7" envelopes are too small to accommodate 5"x7" cards, therefore not very useful for my own art projects. But they are perfect for the letter-size paper included in the set, or any other paper that can be folded to fit inside. The decorated paper is of standard weight, not the very lightweight airmail paper that was used in the old days when mail was shipped overseas either by sea or by air... Both paper and envelopes can take additional decorations for special mail art, either made by hand or with the help of a computer and printer. A great way to encourage mail as an art form!
