It works in my custom pen
I bought this as the cartridge in my custom built pen was out of ink. This item appeared that would work, and it did. I can't define durability or longevity yet as it has only been used for about a week.

After a few weeks, it become unreliable.
I generally kept the pen on me whenever leaving the house. There were days that I didn’t use it, and I never really put it through heavy use. Even so, it would eventually stop writing reliably. I thought it might have just been the original insert, so I got this refill. I treated it the same. It dealt with the problem initially. However, it only took about a month for the refill to start having problems. I’ll be looking at getting a different edc pen that takes a different refill/insert.
