I love hazelnuts in almost everything! So I have tried several hazelnut extracts -- and this is the best one! In fact, for Christmas, I bought 4 different types so I could try them at the same time -- and this had the least-chemical and most-hazelnut of them all!If you love hazelnuts as I do, you might also try La Tourangelle Roasted Hazelnut Oil. I have used it in cookies and biscotti and it gave a great flavor boost to the nuts. I used it instead of some of the butter and reduced a little other liquid. Worked great! Have also tossed veggies and salad with it.

Not as strong of a flavor as I thought it would be but still ok.

This was used to make a hazelnut cheesecake and it turned out really well. The grocery store hazelnut flavorings just smelled and tasted artificial. I have bought Olive Nation products before and they are always first rate.

Taste not as good as other brands I had purchased and you need more product than others.

I adore the flavor of hazelnut! I use this in cookies with chopped nuts, to make Hazelnut Sandies. You won't need more than a dropper-ful for the recipe. This stuff is intense and very concentrated. Experiment a little and you gauge the amount to your taste.I also add a half dropper to 3 cups of coffee, and can make my own hazenut coffee. I'm in love...!

This stuff tastes super bitter and artificial. Don’t add too much of it to whatever you’re using it for or you will hate the taste...particularly if the alcohol in it isn’t cooked out first. I used it to make homemade “Nutella” flavored ice cream and was sorely disappointed.

Great stuff! Making my own creamer to try to save money. So far more expensive experiment than successful confection, but even so it's been a fun learning experience to try.If you're looking for a a hazelnut extract this is a VERY good choice. Just bear in mind reduce the measurements on use cases, because this stuff is POTENT. Following the usual recipe and adding a spoon of this stuff, you'll end up with Hazelnut liquor!!Love it, will trust it moving forward.

I use this to make my own hazelnut coffee creamer. It works beautifully, it's just a little pricey. It's hard stuff to find and I looked up directions to attempt to make my own extract and let me tell you that is one long process that takes a month. Save yourself some time and just buy this, you'll thank me later.
