Great Quality and Affordable Price From a Trusted Brand
Smith&Wesson is known for their quality products. I instantly ordered this brand over others after bekng advised that these are the best you can buy. I ordered many things for Christmas and this came much more quickly than the other. Professional packaging allowed the knives to arrive in perfect shape and they are new never used. Quality is amazing as I expected from this company. Well made no defects well balanced. They won't break or snap like other brands and include a Sheath to easily store or carry the knives. I feel confident that these will last him a lifetime. I suggest the 10 inch. I did research on the difference between the lengths. The longer 10 inch is suggest as it's more stable and accurate when thrown. The extra weight may intimidate some a few customers. The knives are not too heavy but have good weight to them that will make them stick deeper and more easily into your target. 100% suggest to choose this brand to avoid disappointment and great value for the money. I can't wait to recieve the axes and see my son's expression when he opens then for Christmas. It's a skill that could be useful and a gift that keeps giving since they will give him something to do and perfect.

Excellent balance and durabilityโgreat for beginners and seasoned throwers
These Smith & Wesson Bullseye throwing knives are a solid choice for anyone into recreational or competitive throwing. The first thing I noticed was how well-balanced they areโeach knife feels stable in the hand and flies straight with minimal wobble. That balance makes a big difference in consistency, especially when youโre trying to refine your technique. The full tang stainless steel design feels durable and well-crafted, and the etched branding adds a nice touch. I also appreciate the included nylon sheathsโtheyโre basic but functional for safe transport and storage. After several sessions at the range, theyโve held up well with no bending or chipping. Whether youโre just getting started or already have some experience, these knives offer great control and reliability.

Good weight, cheap quality
These knives are cheap and with that comes deformities. The most annoying to me is the inconsistent thickness of the points. See the attached photo. The one in the middle has less taper and makes it a thicker point than the others. It still sticks, but it is inconsistent with the other two. The edges burr really easy, so be mindful of that when you go sliding your finger down the spine. The pros of this set is that they are cheap. It's an affordable entry into throwing knives of good weight and size. They are perfect in those two points. I love the weight and the feel of these 10" throwers. No spin throwing is a breeze with these and they sink deep into the hardest wood. For a first time knife thrower, I would definitely recommend these. I suspect they are forgeries, though. The quality of the stitching on the sheath is just crummy. The quality isn't something I'd liken to a Smith&Wesson product. Maybe they outsourced the work or something, I don't know, but I wouldn't let any of this stop me from buying this set again. I am happy with them and I think anyone else would be as well for a starter set.

Good standard throwing knife
A while back, I found a throwing knife and started playing with it, sticking it in a stump in the backyard. Kind of a neat thing. then my seven year old was interested and he started throwing it, getting it to stick. after watching some YouTube videos and doing research, we decided we needed something more. With these 10 inch knives he immediately improved with the half spins, and I was for the first time able to do a no spin, very cool. Good build, good weight, feels good, a good price too. Some reviews say theyโre not sharp, and they arenโt, but I donโt think a throwing knife needs to be sharp, simple physics of a weighty metal object into a wooden target, a point is plenty.

Great knives. Great quality excellent for beginners.
This is a great set of beginner knives. I started with the smaller set but found I liked larger, heavier knives. Both are great. Iโm a beginner and have been throwing mostly slide (thorn) and index spring (Fedin) styles and these knives work well with both. I just started military half spin and they work well with that too. I filed down The edges of the handle just a little bit to give them a more rounded smooth feel. The handles do chip easily when knives strike each other as do most of my throwers so I keep a file handy and that resolves the issue. Compared to my other knives these are medium weight and very easy to throw. Definitely one of my go to sets. I own two sets.

Great Knives for throwing!!
These are great knives for throwing. They're what I learned with and they worked great. They're tough, they're resilient, and they'll stick in the target for as long as you can throw them. Make sure you have a good target though because these things are heavy and they'll eat up any target basically. The video just me trying to figure out how many knives I can get in the bullseye.

What's with all the holes in the knife?
This would be a really good throwing knife if not for the holes in the blade. The knife could use the extra weight of that missing metal. The round hole in the middle of the knife is ridiculous. I've heard that this is where the knife often breaks. The hole in the handle takes its toll on the skin of my fingers. I just don't understand why these holes are there. A solid piece of metal would be much better. If you want a really good throwing knife at a reasonable price, try a Cold Steel Sure Flight Sport.

Perfect
Great price for throwing knives, have had mine for a year and they have not chipped. Sometimes the handle gets a little sharp from being used so much, but I just take a piece of sandpaper and smooth it out for a couple minutes and it's fine. Love them so much, great weight easy to handle and throw, awesome deal!

Good starters
These are my favorite knives to learn how to do new throws. They're light enough for me to throw a knife and not completely mess up whatever I hit if I miss unlike the big heavier ones that are like 10x the weight.

Works great for a basic purchase
Being relatively inexperienced with real throwing knives, I have gotten these working quite well with only a bit of practice, quite commonly sticking 3/3 from 20 feet after 10 minutes. Being on the lighter side, i prefer to throw them from a distance as it takes a bit of speed to make them stick. I am not sure I would use them from 7 feet as they can bounce. The workmanship seems good, albeit basic. All three are very consistent in their weight, feel and throw. The steel is quiet soft compared to my other knives (not throwing). That makes it good for avoiding breaking on throwing, but it does cause them to dull fairly fast. As they are soft they are pretty easy to sharpen and even grind when called for. They also have a tendency to get nicked on the handle if they hit something, but again the burrs can be removed quite easily.

Incredible value for money
Boy did I win with the hubby at Christmas this year! Thought these might be good based on other reviews and since the price wasn't bad I thought I'd take a chance (I knew nothing prior about these sorts of things). Was supposed to be a fun gift for something for him to learn at home in the basement during Covid. They came and the first thing I noticed was the weight and size. These knifes have some heft to them! Solid and great quality. Have to hubby for Christmas and he goes on YouTube and tells me later that people entering serious knife throwing competitions are using these same knives! ๐ Win, win for me! Okay, and him. So happy with this purchase.

Good bang for buck
Good product. Sturdy and strong. I cut a 3โ round out of a dead fit free and used the wood for a target. These knives stuck no problem. The tips are a bit wide so using a harder surface might not work well but in my case, it did. Would not recommend if your target is tough and solid because the tips are wide and they might not stick too well.
