The large has turned out to be too large , my middle and ring finger don't reach the second most distal strap, so I have ordered a medium. Despite this it is still the most comfortable brace I have found for my issue. As an update, the medium size fits perfect. I measure 8cm from the tip of the middle finger to the wrist.

This quality brace immobilizes your fingers all right but it's pretty thick//bulky and uncomfortable. I purchase two to help with trigger fingers (8) and decided against using it the minute I tried them on as I wouldn't have been able to sleep with them.
