It's a shame what Logitech did to Blue seriously
First mic was defective it had a nasty hum and the shock mount wasn't right. I asked for a replacement and got one pretty quickly. The replacement was fine the right shock mount was included. I could tell this was renewed. The replacement sounds like a Baby Bottle SL should sound. It's warm, clear, and has a hot signal no noise. It's got an old school sound. I personally like it, fits my voice well for spoken word, rap, and it actually makes me want to sing(LMAO) . For the price the hassle was worth it . Stars reflect getting a dud and not the quality of the microphone. I'd give the mic a four and a quarter out of five.

I bought two microphones and they were both broken

Parcel arrived early! This microphone seems to have a clear, detailed high end. I am still in the early stages of testing this in the home studio environment. Works well for getting clearer male vocal tracks, has been my initial findings.
