I need them for scuba diving, I get horrible motion sickness on the boat and in the water** A: Yes, in fact as a scuba instructor I recommend them, especially for live-aboard boats when you don't want something that will wear off. They are NOT adujstable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Helped My Parents on a Cruise *by T***N on May 14, 2025* I bought these Sea-Band wristbands for my parents before our family cruise, and they ended up being a great choice. Both of them are prone to motion sickness, and I wanted a natural, drug-free option to help them enjoy the trip. They were a little skeptical at first, but after wearing them during the first day at sea, they noticed a real difference—less queasiness and more confidence to enjoy the activities on board. The bands are easy to put on and comfortable enough to wear for hours at a time. The pressure point does feel a bit odd initially, but they got used to it quickly. The fact that these don’t have any side effects like drowsiness (unlike some medications) was a big plus for them. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that they’re not a magic fix. On rougher days, the bands helped, but didn’t eliminate the nausea completely.
