**Q: Does this Otamatone (~29 $) has an octave range switch (no different answers PLEASE)? @SELLER: Make a photo of the back of the instrument!**
A: Dear DD , Greetings!!This is Rishika form Hamee , thank you for message . It has the octave switches , With two hands you can play practically every melody you want within range of one octave. You can change octave in three grades -low-mid-high by sliding lower slider. With upper slidder you can either turn off/on Otamatone or increase volume of Otamatone speaker. I have asked amazon to update image please give us sometime it will reflect. Thank you !!

**Q: Does this come in its original packaging with the instructions and strap?**
A: Yes it comes in the original packaging and instructions as shown in the picture but there is no strap.

**Q: Is there refunds**
A: I believe that the seller would offer a refunds as long as you are not returning a damaged item!

**Q: Does this normal model have the OTM port on the back?**
A: No, it does not. This was one of the least expensive models... to try it out.
