Quality of the knobs and sliders
After receiving and unpackaging the unit, which was placed in styrofoam support wedges inside a cardboard box within another (larger) cardboard box, I didn't expect any damage issues. But even before removing the clear celophane over the unit, I attempted to move each knob and slider one by one just to check for travel quality as well as security/looseness. Channel 5/6 Volume Level slider was not smooth. In fact I felt almost a detente and, without even removing the plastic, knew it was defective and made the decision it was unacceptable. I expected more with ads implying it was USA made. Perhaps it was designed in the U.S. but I highly doubt it was manufactured in the USA. Regardless, after spending almost an hour in line at the post office to return it, it cost me $76 for the return postage and that was just USPS - no express service at all. Lesson to be learned, don't believe everything you read. The Chinese are experts at patent infringement and do not honor any company's logo or name. I've lived overseas and have seen brand names with their brand logos sold on items you know they wouldn't manufacture. Some countries don't honor patent/royalty licenses and therefore it's those countries the Chinese products thrive deceiving consumers with their beliefs in the integrity of the brand they USE TO KNOW. $76 FOR NOTHING. I just hope that Amazon lives up to its' return policy and refunds the entire postage due.

Slider knobs
On this mixer board, slider knobs should be firm and smooth. 2 of them are loose

Not Sure
Not sure what to say. Lines 1-4 didn't respond. Mute buttons on 1 and 3 didn't light up. R Side Slider was very loose/wobbly. Lines 5 and 6 worked but the sound was very low. Thumbs down all the way. Construction was not very impressive. Looks like cheap plastic all around. I hope your experience is a much better one.
