This stuff is my go-to Asian hot sauce. In Vietnam there are dozens of brands, but this and Chin-Su are the only ones I have been able to find in the states. It has a more interesting and versatile flavor to me than Huy Fong Sriracha. And I prefer this brand to Chin-Su (price is also better). Flavors go perfectly with all Vietnamese food, but I also put it on pizza or little snacks like like potato chips or cheese & crackers. Highly recommend.

It's NOT Sriracha. Sriracha is a hotter sauce.This is a sweeter sauce. At least one rest stop in Vietnam uses it on egg meat sandwiches and it's AMAZING.Get it and be pleased

Ordered this after watching a YouTube video tour of the production of this sauce, AMAZING cleanliness of the facility and the workers like a laboratory, ingredients were virtually untouched by human hands,fresh red chilies, tomato,vinegar, garlic, sugar ,salt,msg,corn starch, water,consistency of ketchup, Vietnam's favorite hot sauce. Great in or on BURGERS or your morning eggs. I bought a sixpack and will reorder.

I ordered this hot sauce after seeing a recommendation for it in Andrea Nguyen's "Pho" cookbook. Usually my favorite Vietnamese places have a bottle of Sriracha on the table to flavor pho and other dishes, and that's what I've traditionally been using, but Nguyen says Cholimex is superior. I love hot sauce of all flavors, so I was ready to give it a try. It's delightful--provides a pleasant warm zing to scrambled eggs, pasta, fried rice, and of course--pho. The heat level is about equivalent to Sriracha, maybe a tiny bit more spicy. It lingers around in your mouth for some time, but doesn't singe your taste buds. I knocked off a star because the dispenser isn't all that great; I had to squeeze pretty hard to get any of the sauce out, and it tends to glop on. If they fix the top to allow more even application of sauce, 5 stars easy.

Tried this hot sauce in Vietnam and loved it. Couldn’t find it in the stores here, so ordered it online. It’s slightly sweet and has a nice kick of heat.

Spicier than sriracha with a much smoother texture and flavor. Goes well with sandwiches but especially good in soups or noodles. Been using it as a replacement for chili garlic paste in cooking.

Absolutely love this vietnamese sauce with my ramen noodles!!
