Didn't want to pay alot for a hobbie that may not last but Even I love this. Its easy to assemble. No instructions (for attaching floats) so followed a how to YouTube video. Great buy

Nice toy rod for a young child, did not last very long as you would expect from a toy rod, it was outgrown just as it fell apart so not a big deal.

The hooks that come in the set are too large for small fish like the one we caught. Went and bought some small ones for £2 and perfect m!

This was nice to have for young beginners, I wouldn't suggest it for over 14years old to use it..Sadly found the same kit for nearly half the price in town..

Brilliant value for money, light weight easy to carry and transport in small car. Fits on my sons back to transport on his bike. Hours of endless fun

Flimsy and difficult to extend the rod. It was bought for a 6 year old and there was no way he could use it on his own

My Great Grandson who is nearly 4 caught a fish with his new rod on first occasions he used it whilst fishing with his Dad.

Not good at all, the line has the memory of an elephant and comes out in ringlets when casting, is not very intuitive for casting/trying to teach a little one to cast. The tackle it comes with is just plain poor quality (the jig heads were the only useful thing in this set) you and your child will have a bad time using this kit.
