Buy, buy, buy.... for me it worked. Noticed the results in a day or two. Mental Clarity and circulation was effective for me. Wish I knew about this sooner. They make a good product in this capsul form. easy to digest

Don't take these at night
I have been taking this less then a month, so unsure of anything positive from this supplement, I read about 3 months is what is needed. I will say however to take these early so it doesn't affect your sleep.

Easy gel caps to swallow
Bought them for their nutritional value, I can’t say I can tell if I feel any different but my skin has been more healthy and glowy. I like that you don’t have to take them at any certain time although before a meal is recommended I have taken them at all times of the day with no stonach issues

Just say no: Horrible strong smell on capsules
I disliked this product for several reasons, first being the smell. I have been taking sea moss for a year or more now which has helped my joints. This product smells so bad and it did not agree with my body at all. I don’t suggest purchasing because you will not be illegible for return.
