Duncan Toys Freehand Yo-Yo, Counterweight Trick Yo-Yo, White with Red Cap

This yoyo is ideal for anyone that is just starting to learn how to yoyo despite what the product description states. It sleeps for a very long time (about 45 seconds with a good throw) so it easy to retry tricks when practicing. The wide shape also makes string tricks easier to execute. It plays responsive out-of-the-box so it will return to the hand with a simple tug. The Included Counter-weight is also a nice addition for getting into more advanced tricks. Overall, this yoyo is a solid beginner yoyo and it can also be used to learn more advanced tricks.

The Freehand Yo-Yo is a timeless classic, and this is no exception. With its stepped profile, it's an evolution from the original Freehand 1, providing a little better weight distribution for a smoother experience. The yo-yo itself looks fantastic and comes with a responsive setup, making it tug-enabled right out of the box. It includes a counterweight dice for learning freehand tricks, but can still be used as a regular yo-yo as well. The weight is just right, and it spins well, though my bearing needed a little lube initially since it played slightly semi-responsive. All in all though, it’s the classic Freehand series you know and love, still holding up as a great choice today!

THis yoyo doe not come in the neon green color as shown. It is a dull ninja turtle looking color. I bought this color version specifically for the white/green pattern for better hand eye coordination, and the color is nothing like the picture for the advertisement. With that said, it is a really good playing yoyo. The bearing is screaming loud, and the string is cheap as all get out, but all and all straight out of the box, n tweaking or putting on a pro quality string, this thing plays very fast and very well. It is somewhere between responsive and non responsive. It has an extremely long sleep time and is super fast playing. Wish it was a tad bit heavier, maybe like 10 grams more and it would be phenomenal. If you are an intermediate level player, you will love this yoyo - or if you re expert level and still like a responsive throw to play with at times, this is your guy. I took three stars off because the color difference its to the point of false advertising. Really disappointed in Duncan for that.

It doesn't have aluminum body. Mis advertised. All plastic Freehand yo-yo. I thought the price was too good. Bad trick on me.

This is a great starting yoyo for someone who wants to learn how to do yoyo tricks. It is durable and not cheaply made. We have had no issues with it since we bought it.

No complaints with this one.

Quality plastic. Bearing is smooth. Great for tricks.

Despite the details on Amazon's page stating aluminum construction, this is indeed a plastic yoyo. It is pretty decent for what it is and comes pretty highly recommended as a good beginner's unresponsive yoyo, but the info given is misleading. I should have guessed it would be plastic for the price, but I specifically searched for the metal version and received plastic all the same.

引き戻しでもバインドでも楽しめるヨーヨーです。 いろんなシリーズがあり、それぞれで評価も様々ですが、結局使ってると扱いやすくていいなあとなります!

Gira horrible
