Yes definitely get a bigger size. You can then shape it better to your shoe. I’m a 6 1/2 to a 7 as well and I hardly needed to cut any off.

Q: Do these help with pain under ball of foot

It helped me with my plantar fasciitis (Pain in heel). This helps keep my foot sturdy in the shoe. Tip: roll a golf ball with your affected heel (put some pressure on it) It will be painful but it alleviates the pain in the long term. (It works for me)

Hi, you need a 5-6.5, just trim off the toe area to fit snug.
