Quality product
Great butter flavor. I have tried several other brands of ghee and this is the best for flavor. I use it when I want a butter flavor on foods that require high heat because it doesn’t burn like regular butter. I really enjoy it on popcorn because it doesn’t shrink the popcorn like regular butter. love it to dip seafood in.

Old world Smell with Rich Taste
Wonderful product. Smells great and tastes great. It reminded me of when my Mom would clarify butter at home. Texture is soft and it melts clear. Thank you for this nice product. I stopped using butter to cook eggs or rice or any recipes that call for butter.

Great ghee for beginners... a must try option for butter!
As someone who bakes a lot it was never a thought in my mind to try clarified butter. Now that I have tried it, I can't seem to bring myself to go back to baking without it! I opted for the 32 ounce jar and I'm so glad that I did. I love the fact that it's organic ,and also the ghee is already to start using without waiting for it to get soft. It taste great, but I'm not sure if it's a good value for the money since I've never tried it before. I'm going to use this jar until it's empty but the only drawback that I saw is that it came in a plastic jar. That was my only issue but still not enough to remove a star.

THIS Ghee is the best natural ghee. Gee, what are you waiting for? You only have weight to loose!
Gee, this is not only tasty, but it's as healthy as cooking gets! Ghee is even better that the best, tallow and lard for cooking. I do OMAD and even go 2 and 3 days without eating. Fat is the key to curb your ghrelin from yelling, so I've been known to take a spoonful of this ghee to shut up my ghrelin. It works perfectly while keeping my glucose very low and at the same time it pushes up my ketone level!

Like butter but better
Ghee is another of of the healthier products my family is trying to switch to but why does everything healthier need to be more expensive? This brand was the best rated per cost value ghee I could find. It tastes like butter and stays solid at room temp. The high smoke point was also very nice (we cook with cast iron and sometimes it gets extra smokey- this was significantly less smokey cooking with). I wish it came in a glass bottle but tis what it is, most things are plastic unfortunately. Overall, i"d buy again.

Silky Smooth, Elegant Flavor, Light Yellow Color, …Perfect GHEE for spreading or frying foods!
As a relavite newbie partaker of GHEE, I must say that 4th & Heart easily earns a superior grade for texture, scent and flavor. It’s light yellow near-butter look is inviting compared to others, that tend to be more beige/tan in color. While most GHEE makers put out GHEE that has a grainy texture, this can usually be fixed by heating the entire glass container and once fully melted, then put in to a freezer or the coldest section of a refrigerator, and this should help to make the texture a bit more smooth. Note, graininess does not effect its performance as a spread (for those who use it that way) or a cooking/frying oil. This product is not the least expensive but if I were to suggest a first time purchase for anyone who has never tried GHEE, this would be the top pick. I’ve moved on to making my own GHEE. It’s very satisfying to make your own, and after carefully following instructions for making it, I’ve been able to put out a GHEE that is as good or even better than this one! Meanwhile, for those who have never tried this particular brand, don’t miss out. Try it, and enjoy the light GHEE flavor, silky texture, and you won’t regret it!

Rich Flavor and Great for Cooking
I’ve been using 4th & Heart ghee for a while now, and it’s become a staple in my kitchen. The flavor is rich, slightly nutty, and adds depth to everything from scrambled eggs to sautéed veggies. It has a cleaner taste than regular butter and doesn’t leave a greasy aftertaste. What I like most is how well it handles high-heat cooking. Unlike regular butter, it doesn’t burn or smoke easily, which makes it perfect for pan-frying or roasting. It also spreads easily when warm, so I’ll sometimes use it on toast instead of butter or oil. Since it’s lactose and casein free, it feels lighter on digestion, and it fits well with keto and paleo meals. The 9oz jar is a good size — it lasts me a few weeks even with daily use. If you’re looking for a versatile, healthy butter alternative that doesn’t sacrifice flavor, this ghee is an excellent choice.
