As a new maturity-onset diabetic, why didn’t they tell me about stevia in the hospital!? It is really helpful. I love the flavor. It can be substituted 1:1 for sugar in baking recipes.

I've been eating low carb for 20 plus years. I've never considered using an artificial sweetener, but I had the idea to make some no cook keto cookies, so as a knee jerk reaction I bought this. It's very sweet and almost taste like sugar... Almost. I'm docking one star because it tastes kind of strange to me. Not bad strange, but it's not as good as I remember sugar being. I purchased some alulas at the same time to try and even though it's not as sweet, it does have a more natural sugar flavor. This is very economical though and I would recommend if you're not super picky like I am.

Reasonably priced and reliable

I have not been able to find any sweetner besides sugar that I could tolerate until I found this. I now only use this. The taste is great without that yucky aftertaste. I highly recommend!
