It has a week calendar on the left page, and a goal tracker, separate "to do" list for work and personal, habit tracker (beat nicotine and that door dash habit!) and a notes section on the right page. There are sections for goal setting and tracking (monthly and quarterly), a monthly calendar, a section for monthly reviews and thirteen pages of dotted graph pages in the back. My niece loved the stickers (LOL) They are quite nice, some have gold foil and lots of positive messaging. It looks great, the paper is super thick and opaque (wet gel ink!), the pen holder is great, it has THREE ribbons and the elastic closure band seems to be very durable. Review: Great planner with a lot of useful features! - I spent an embarrassing amount of time comparing different day planners, so I thought I should write a review on the one I finally picked. I'm on week 3 of using this planner and so far it's been a great purchase. The paper has a really nice feel and thickness. I've used several different gel pens and markers (Zebra Sarasa, Pilot G2, Uniball Signo, Tombow Fudenosuke) and nothing has bled through. I like that the monthly pages are in a separate section from the weeklies so that I don't have to hunt for them throughout the book. The size is perfect for me - small enough to keep open on my desk without getting in the way but not so small I can't write in it. The binding also lays flat, which is extremely nice coming from only ever using spiral bound in the past. I like the pre-made sections on the right page next to each weekly plan. Many other planners I looked at had pre-made sections that included things I would never use, but I've had very little wasted space so far with this. I like that this planner focuses on goals/wins/improvements and doesn't waste space with "gratitudes" or reminders to drink water. The layout of the actual weekly plan isn't perfect - when I fill out every line of every day, the days visually kind of run together. I think bolder lines separating each day and bolder text for the day of the week would help. I got one that was gray on gray & couldn't see it well.** A: No, the ink is a soft gray and the paper is a soft white. I have the wine red one, and assuming all the internal printing is identical, it is not high-contrast. The dot grid is very fine, which is good if you want it to be unobtrusive underneath your handwriting in pencil/pen, but may not be bold enough if you require high-contrast printing for vision reasons. **Q: Does it stay open on its own?** A: Yes. The pages will lay flat if you want them to stay open. When the planner is new, the book feels well bound and tight, but as soon as you use it, it responds to your needs. It easily stays open to write in the pages. You can leave the book open on a desk as your working calendar. I am currently using the 13th month (January 2022) of my dated planner from 2021. I have carried it everywhere. Every page is intact, still safely bound. I can open any page flat to write. To tack onto another answer, you fill in your own date numbers for months and weeks, but it does print the weeks as Monday through Sunday (European style) and the months as Sunday through Saturday (American style). If you start mid-week and go for a whole year, you might need to sketch in one more weekly layout at the back if you fill the whole thing. **Q: Does the planner lay flat when opened?** A: Yes. The pages open well and lay flat for writing. If you choose to leave the planner open on a desk as an active calendar, it will work as needed. The well bound book responds to your uses. When the planner is new, it will be tight like a new book. As you use it, it adapts.
