Small and unrooted
shipped fast, was packaged in a little cup terrarium and arrived healthy.I will let the pictures tell you the condition of the plant. If you never rooted a jewel orchid cutting before I would advise spending more on an established rooted plant.

Great customer service
Small cuttings with no roots. Color did not look vibrant, seemed a bit brownish colored. Leaves are curled. It probably didn't help it was shipped in 15° weather. The box did have a heat pack so 5 stars for the effort with the shipping. Update the plant was in fact dead on arrival. Seller sent a replacement but tracking shows it was delivered to some other address not mine.

Should come with a microscope.
I've grown microgreens bigger than this. I'm no stranger to jewel orchids and needed one fast for my GF's birthday so I took a chance on Amazon. It came well packaged and is healthy I guess but it won't be the size pictured for at least a year or so. Stop false advertising with a picture of a mature sized JO when you are sending seedlings. I actually took her to a local plant shop the next day and let her pick out one that she can appreciate right away instead of waiting until her next birthday.

Happy customer
Arrived happy and healthy. A tiny lil thing, but I personally love watching plants grow from babies. It was shipped nice and snug, no issues here. Quite fast delivery also. Highly recommend

Cutting with no winter prep/ Edited with followup.
Why a company would think sending an unrooted cutting of a tropical plant during sub zero temperatures with no insulation or heat source is a good idea is just absolutely mind boggling. Were it sent during the summer this way, it would have been fine. The packaging was a bunch of packing peanuts which protected the plant from physical damage well, but there was 0 thought put into protecting it from the elements. Reached out to them 3 days ago, no response as of yet.Edit: I did not receive any verbal response from the company, however, i checked my mail today and found a box from them. It was heavier than the first, and i found that they had added a handwarmer this time, which still had some warmth left to it upon arival. Unfortunately the post office put the box into my mailbox upside down, so the warmth wasnt as effective as it could be, but thats not the companies fault. The 2nd and 3rd picture are of the new orchid they sent. The cup was crushed from being upside down, so i removed it. I will also say, while the two lower leaves of the original are dieing from the frost damage, the top leaf of the original appears to be recovering. This second one they sent seems far better established, and with having a heat source with it seems to have survived the journey far better. Adjusting to 5 stars. While i would have appreciated a response so i knew to expect a plant in the mail, i do check my mail daily and got the plant unharmed. The company spoke with actions rather than words, and i wont take away stars for that._____Final edit. They are all just cuttings. Even though the replacements looked better, the stem under the moss was rotted with no roots and died shortly upon arrival. The reason for 3 stars is the original cutting they sent actually managed to pull through so far. It was certainly damaged from the weather, but compared to the other, it is still full of life. Last 2 pictures are today first they sent on left, second sent on right. (The second shipment was 2 cuttings in 1 cup, neither of which took root, thats why it looks like 2 plants.) Since at least 1 of the cuttings i recieved has a chance of survival, 3 stars.

Unhappy with plant.
Picture is deceptive. A very small plant hopefully it has roots. I will not purchase from this seller again. I checked the cuttings there are no roots. Rip off!

Love my Jewel Orchid
I am so happy with this purchase. Though it was not as big as the photos provided by the seller, it arrived well packaged and healthy. I can’t wait to watch it grow. I will try to remember to update with photos as it does.
