Unbeatable Quality and Performance!
I recently purchased the 10 ft net and let me tell you, this thing is a game-changer! I would have gone with the 12 ft, but local regulations kept me from it – no complaints here though because this 10-footer does the job flawlessly. The real lead at 1 lb per foot ensures the perfect sink rate, and the 3/8-inch mesh strikes that sweet spot for catching a variety of fish, from baitfish to larger catches. The craftsmanship is top-tier – you can see they've perfected every detail over generations. The durability of the horn and lead line are top-notch, and I haven’t had a single issue with tangling thanks to the multi-sectioned horn. It's so well-made, I doubt I’ll need the repair kit anytime soon, but it’s great they included it. Plus, the utility box and E-book were nice added bonuses! The upgraded hand strap with non-slip is super comfortable and gives me full control over each cast. I've been catching more fish in less time compared to my old net, and the haul is always impressive. To top it off, their 30-day money-back guarantee and 1-year warranty show they really stand behind their product. Trust me, if you’re serious about fishing, this is the net you want. American-made, optimized to perfection, and built to last. I couldn't be happier with this purchase!

Great Quality Net at a Great Value
Our family goes fishing just about every weekend on our Tritoon. We typically stop at the bait store and pick up about a dozen to a 1/4lb of minnows. This is both costly and time consuming, so I decided to bite the bullet and try this net. Cool thing is, the seller reached out to me right away and provided me with an easy to follow e-Book. My son and I stretched the net out on the dock before trying to use. This is very important for it to open right if it has never been used. After trying a few cast, we got our confidence and took it out on the boat. We went to shore side and cast and caught about 2 dozen minnows on the first try. After we put them in our live well we were off to our fishing spot. This is both fun and will save us a ton of time and money in the future. For reference...we got the 6' net...plenty big enough for what we need.

Closes to earlier
I bought this since it was smaller than my 10ft 1.2lb net so it would be easier to get open and throw. The net is not bad to throw and I get it 90% open on about every throw. And it well made. I cast about 10-12 times and only got 2 shad from what was showing on my Garmin in 25-30ft of water. Which I get 8-10 gizzards usually or 50 threadfibd with the 10ft radius 1.2lb net. So I turn on the Livescope and watch the net when I throw. It makes a nice canopy sinking the first 5ft then the lead fully comes together and clises at 12-15 feet deep. And the shad are at 18-22ft. So not getting but one in the net if any fish.

Excellent Cast Net for Any Fisher
The American Pro Cast Net is fantastic! The 4ft, 3/8" mesh is perfect for catching a variety of bait, and the real lead weights ensure it sinks quickly and efficiently. As an amateur, I found it easy to use, especially with the helpful e-book. The double line design is sturdy and reliable, making my fishing trips more productive. The included utility box is a great bonus for storage. Highly recommend this upgraded and optimized cast net for both beginners and experienced fishers!

This one does the trick
Easy to throw and have a nice spread to it I've been shrimping for years and I've gone through many nets and this one ranks above the others by far. Thank you for a good product and I will be using it in the St Johns River this September for bait and shrimp. Awesome product highly recommended.

Huge Disappointment
Update: seller responded to my message within 24hrs and offered to issue a full refund. The net may not be the greatest but I couldn’t ask more out of a seller. Worst net I’ve ever used…..maybe I got a bad one but I have bought many nets over the last 20 years, some better than others but mostly cheaper 6-8ft nets (all under $100) and I recently purchased this net and noticed it come with a repair tool, which I thought was pretty cool. We all know cast nets get holes over time. I received the net last week and was somewhat impressed at first, I threw it a few times and it would open to a full circle but retract about 2ft soon as it hit the ground, so I tried to hand it up and stretch it out and accident ripped a small hole in the bottom of the net close to the headline. I soaked the net and softened it up and was able to get the net to open fully without it retracting. Well problem solved. I took it to the lake yesterday and tried it out for real and let me say this is absolutely the easiest net to rip that I have ever used in my life. Within 20 throws the lead line started to unravel at the bottom, I ripped several small holes in the net removing pencil size sticks and gumballs from the net. Which I’ve never had happen before.. I threw the net against a bridge pylon and the net grabbed the edge of the concrete, happens all the times , with any net Uber ever used I’ve been able to give it a gentle pull and release the net from the pylon, tried it with this net and it ripped a 2-3” hole in the net. Long story short this net didn’t last full trip, and looking back having the net repair tool included in the box should have been a sign, it’s the only net I’ve ever seen that includes a repair tool and now I see why. I have received messages from the seller to review this net and wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I have let them know how disappointed I am with this net and I’m awaiting a response. Between the holes and leadline falling apart it is not returnable at this point and would take a season net expert to hours to repair and would likely cost more than what the net cost. There are much better and stronger cast nets in this price range.

Buen producto
Me gusta el material, se ve que es de calidad aunque no abre lo suficiente para ser de 6 pies, pero creo que es porque esta nueva, la seguiré usando a ver si afloja un poco
